On 5 January<\/strong>, PORTILAME<\/strong> gathered its teams at the Hotel Flor de Sal <\/strong>in Viana do Castelo<\/strong> for the kick-off event of the year: PORTILAME 360.<\/p>\n\n

A day entirely dedicated to strategic alignment, sharing vision and strengthening organisational culture \u2014 with a focus on the present and a commitment to the future of the company.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The meeting was moderated by Pedro Neves,<\/strong> an expert in Communication and Team Management, who led the different moments of the day with warmth, energy and a focus on people.<\/p>\n\n

Morning | Administration and Executive Committee<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The morning was devoted to the organisation’s strategic vision and leadership.<\/p>\n\n

The day began with an inspiring reflection on what it means to be PORTILAME<\/strong>, shared by directors and founders Lu\u00eds Rocha and Pedro Cunha<\/strong>. It was a particularly memorable moment, which reinforced the company’s values, identity and journey from a close, authentic and motivating perspective. <\/p>\n\n

This was followed by the presentation of Strategy 2026<\/strong>, led by CEO David Sim\u00e3o<\/strong>, where the main objectives, priorities, and guidelines for PORTILAME’s sustained growth in the coming years were shared.<\/p>\n\n

Also during the morning, the new support areas<\/strong> were presented, which have accompanied and driven the organisation’s evolution, with speeches by Jorge Nogueira (CFO)<\/strong> and Jo\u00e3o Passos (CTO)<\/strong>, highlighting the role of the financial, technological and organisational structure in supporting the business.<\/p>\n\n

Afternoon | Alignment and Commitment to the General Business Directions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The afternoon was devoted to strategic alignment between PORTILAME’s main operational areas, reinforcing the importance of collaboration, integrated vision and commitment to common goals.<\/p>\n\n

    Each intervention highlighted the challenges, opportunities and priorities of each area, always focusing on value creation, quality and the continuous evolution of the organisation.<\/p>\n\n

    Transparency, Proximity and Future<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

    The event ended with a round table discussion<\/strong>, which brought together the Administration and the Executive<\/strong> Committee to respond openly and transparently to questions posed by employees. It was a moment of direct dialogue, closeness and sharing, which reinforced trust and a spirit of unity among everyone. <\/p>\n\n

    Attitude & Commitment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

    PORTILAME 360<\/strong> left a clear message for 2026: when there is attitude and commitment, there is teamwork, there is focus, and there is a future.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
