PORTILAME and the School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo have established a cooperation agreement that strengthens the connection between higher education, applied research and the business community.<\/p>\n\n

This partnership’s primary objective is to bring students closer to professional reality and the concrete challenges of the sector, by promoting internship opportunities, study visits, joint project development and collaboration on research and innovation initiatives.<\/p>\n\n

The agreement focuses in particular on the fields of Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering, covering students from Higher Professional Technical Courses, Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes. Through this collaboration, the aim is to contribute to more practical training that is closely aligned with market needs and with the evolving demands of the construction sector. <\/p>\n\n
