On 5 January, PORTILAME gathered its teams at the Hotel Flor de Sal in Viana do Castelo for the kick-off event of the year: PORTILAME 360.
A day entirely dedicated to strategic alignment, sharing vision and strengthening organisational culture — with a focus on the present and a commitment to the future of the company.
The meeting was moderated by Pedro Neves, an expert in Communication and Team Management, who led the different moments of the day with warmth, energy and a focus on people.
Morning | Administration and Executive Committee
The morning was devoted to the organisation’s strategic vision and leadership.
The day began with an inspiring reflection on what it means to be PORTILAME, shared by directors and founders Luís Rocha and Pedro Cunha. It was a particularly memorable moment, which reinforced the company’s values, identity and journey from a close, authentic and motivating perspective.
This was followed by the presentation of Strategy 2026, led by CEO David Simão, where the main objectives, priorities, and guidelines for PORTILAME’s sustained growth in the coming years were shared.
Also during the morning, the new support areas were presented, which have accompanied and driven the organisation’s evolution, with speeches by Jorge Nogueira (CFO) and João Passos (CTO), highlighting the role of the financial, technological and organisational structure in supporting the business.
Afternoon | Alignment and Commitment to the General Business Directions
The afternoon was devoted to strategic alignment between PORTILAME’s main operational areas, reinforcing the importance of collaboration, integrated vision and commitment to common goals.

- Construction, by Alexandre Camões.
Each intervention highlighted the challenges, opportunities and priorities of each area, always focusing on value creation, quality and the continuous evolution of the organisation.
Transparency, Proximity and Future
The event ended with a round table discussion, which brought together the Administration and the Executive Committee to respond openly and transparently to questions posed by employees. It was a moment of direct dialogue, closeness and sharing, which reinforced trust and a spirit of unity among everyone.
