We are a company from Viana do Castelo with over 20 years of solid experience in the construction sector. We are now launching a new business unit focused on modular timber homes (wood frame), aiming to redefine the sustainable construction market.
We are looking for a General Manager to lead this new unit from the ground up, structuring teams, processes, and strategy, with the support of an already established company.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Create and lead an innovative business unit from the very beginning;
- Define and implement the growth strategy in collaboration with the Executive Committee and Management;
- Build and inspire multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellence;
- Expand the brand in national and international markets;
- Implement sustainable and efficient construction processes.
Who We Are Looking For: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Management, Architecture, or related fields;
- Knowledge of industrial management and modular construction;
- Solid experience in an industrial environment;
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to structure a new business with institutional support;
- Strategic vision, inspiring leadership, and results-oriented approach;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
