About the vacancy:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible professional to lead the finishing department in a joinery workshop, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency and adherence to deadlines. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of wood finishing processes, including sanding, varnishing, lacquering, painting and the application of other coatings. You will be responsible for coordinating the team, organising daily work and ensuring the quality control of the finished pieces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the finishing department
- Ensuring the final quality of the products
- Plan and allocate tasks to the team
- Monitor completion times and productivity
- Select and manage materials and finishing products
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Work with other departments (production, editing, etc.)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the field of joinery finishes
- Knowledge of techniques and materials (varnishes, lacquers, paints, etc.)
- Leadership skills and team management
- A sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and problem-solving ability
