Last Saturday, August 2, 2025, PORTILAME organized its first Team Building Meeting, entitled Power Day, with the aim of strengthening team spirit, promoting collaboration between departments, and recognizing employees who contribute daily to the company’s success.
The meeting point was at the company’s headquarters in Neiva, from where all participants traveled together to the Diver Lanhoso Adventure Park, the location chosen to host this initiative.
This event is part of the company’s strategy to energize and value its human resources, promoting integration between teams and functional areas, strengthening internal communication, and creating an informal and relaxed environment that strengthens team spirit, motivation, and recognition of all employees.
During the day, employees were challenged in various practical activities and group dynamics, focusing on cooperation, strategy, and overcoming challenges together. The afternoon was also marked by a paintball tournament, which promoted healthy competition between teams, always with a positive spirit and fair play.
This first meeting reinforced the importance of fostering human relationships and a sense of belonging across the organization. The feedback received highlighted the positive impact of the initiative on the work environment and the company’s internal culture.
