We are looking to strengthen our team with a Subcontracting Budget Analyst, who will play a key role in cost analysis and partner contracting.

Responsibilities

– Request and analyse proposals from subcontractors and suppliers;
– Prepare comparative proposal summaries with technical and economic analysis;
– Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with subcontractors;
– Prepare subcontracting budgets in line with each project’s requirements;
– Support the preparation and awarding of contracts;
– Develop and maintain a network of qualified subcontractors;
– Monitor market price trends;
– Work closely with the Production, Site Management, Design, and Procurement teams.

Desired Profile

– Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred);
– Experience in budgeting, procurement, or subcontracting roles within the construction industry;
– Strong ability to interpret project drawings and technical specifications;
– Knowledge of Excel and budgeting tools (a plus);
– Strong negotiation and critical analysis skills;
– High level of organisation, responsibility, and rigour;
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
– Team spirit and results-driven mindset.
