About the vacancy: Our team is growing and is looking for an estimator to draw up estimates for clean carpentry, with strong planning and organisational skills in drawing up commercial proposals.
The ideal profile:
- Knowledge of the construction industry and carpentry;
- Ease of teamwork and interpersonal relationships;
- Strong planning and organisational skills in drawing up commercial proposals for clients;
- Ability to read and understand a project (plans / specifications / technical specifications for equipment and materials);
- Use the methods and techniques for measuring and drawing up measurement records;
- Ability to carry out material surveys on site;
- High sense of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Drawing up a quote for clean carpentry;
- Evaluating and analysing the different articles and components of the project, as well as the descriptive documents and specifications, in order to correctly prepare the estimates and proposals;
- Calculate the quantities and costs of materials, labour, equipment and services needed to carry out the work.
