About the vacancy:
We are looking for a professional to join our procurement department, with a focus on managing the procurement of subcontracted services, ensuring the best possible terms in terms of cost, quality and deadlines for the company’s projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation and organisational skills, as well as knowledge of the construction sector, to ensure the efficient management of service procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultation, analysis and negotiation with subcontractors
- Management of service procurement processes (requests for proposals, comparative analyses, contract awards)
- Preparation of comparative maps of proposals
- Support with the drafting of subcontracts
- Coordination with site management and technical teams
- Contract monitoring and cost control
- Management of the supplier and subcontractor database
- Ensure that agreed deadlines and conditions are met
- Identification of opportunities for cost optimisation
Requirements:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Management, Economics or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in procurement/sourcing roles within the construction industry
- Knowledge of the subcontracting market
- Ability to analyse technical and financial proposals
- Good negotiating skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and IT tools
- Organisation and attention to detail
