About the vacancy:

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with experience in technical drawing to work on timber construction projects, ensuring the correct preparation, planning and technical supervision of the works. The ideal candidate should be able to interpret plans, produce detailed technical drawings and ensure coordination between design, production and site works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and development of technical drawings (construction and working details)
• Site preparation and support for work planning
• Interpretation of architectural and specialist designs
• Alignment of technical solutions
• Site supervision and technical support
• Coordination with production, joinery and assembly teams
• Taking measurements and checking materials
• Identification and resolution of technical non-conformities

Requirements:

• Qualifications in Technical Drawing, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field
• Experience in site preparation (preferably involving timber)
• Proficiency in CADWORK software (AutoCAD or similar)
• Knowledge of 3D modelling software (SketchUp, Revit, etc.) is an advantage
• Good ability to read and interpret plans
• Knowledge of timber construction processes (preferred)
• Willingness to relocate (mandatory)
• Driving licence
