About the vacancy:
We are looking for carpenters with experience in erecting timber structures to join our site team on construction projects, ensuring precision, quality and adherence to deadlines. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in erecting structures, the ability to work as part of a team and be willing to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly of timber structures (walls, roofs, floors, etc.)
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and designs
- Carrying out cutting, fitting and fixing on site
- Use of hand tools and power tools
- Assembly of timber construction systems (e.g. modular structures, panels, etc.)
- Ensure the alignment, levelling and stability of the structures
- Compliance with safety regulations on site
- Collaboration with other teams (site supervisors, project managers, etc.)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in carpentry, preferably in structural work
- Knowledge of woodworking techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Independence and a sense of responsibility
- Physical strength and the ability to work on a building site
- Willingness to travel
- Driving licence (preferred)
