PORTILAME has begun a new cycle of in-house training courses, with the aim of enriching the technical knowledge of its employees and consolidating the excellence of the teams in all areas of the organization.
The first training session took place on April 11, 2025, in a hybrid format (face-to-face and online), and focused on Wood Treatments. The session was led by Paulo Couto, from Pluggo, and lasted three hours.
Internal development with a focus on quality
This specialized wood training plan responds to PORTILAME’s commitment to ensuring the ongoing enrichment of its teams, keeping up with the best practices in the sector and promoting the sharing of internal and external knowledge.
Rather than responding to immediate challenges, this initiative aims to create an environment conducive to evolution, based on valuing technical knowledge, innovation and sustainability.
1st moment: Wood treatments
The first session addressed a fundamental issue for the durability and performance of wood: the technical treatments that guarantee its resistance and longevity.
The active participation of employees demonstrated the interest and relevance of the topic in the context of the work carried out by PORTILAME.
